Happy Frozen Friday!
The weather here in The Mitten is chilly, to say the least…
So instead of complaining, yet again, about the weather (oh, Spring, how I long for you…), I’ll just give you a few of my current Friday Favorites!
Why Moms Get NOTHING Done
My sister-in-law sent me this video. It is adorable and hilariously familiar. Harlow does the same thing with the dishwasher and the dryer, especially.
If you didn’t know how big of a dork I was before, you will now. I’ve been listening to the podcast We’re Alive for a few days now. It is about a Zombie Apocalypse. The storyline is interesting, but some of the characters are pretty badly… erm… voiced? Anyway, regardless of being irritated by some of the characters (Scratch, anyone?) I’m totally addicted to it.
Family & Friends!
I had lunch yesterday with a woman from my Mommy Group that I’ve developed a friendship with outside of the group. We have been trying to get together for almost a month, and it finally worked out yesterday! It was so nice to catch up outside of the 10 minute snippets we see each other at daycare pickups!
Then tonight after work, Harlow and I are hitting the road to go spend the weekend with my parents! I’m really hoping this trip will be a nice make-up from our last disastrous trip. I’ve really missed my family, and hope to see a bunch of them while we’re up!
